Description |
F. E. Myers House and Music Building Ashland College, Ashland, Ohio. Home was located on Center Street, Ashland, Ohio. Built by F. E. Myers in 1896. Mr. Myers was founder of Myers Pump Company of Ashland, Ohio. Upon the death of Mr. Myers in 1923 the home was given to Ashland College in 1940 who used it as the Music Department and for formal receptions until 1970. In 1970 upon completion of the new Arts and Humanities building the home was sold to the Good Shepherd nursing home who razed the structure in 1975. |
