Scope & Content This collection contains two scrapbooks with student yearbooks for Grant Street School. In 1998 the school building was purchased by Ashland University. This structure was razed in August 1998. Today, 2009 the site is the location of the Dauch College and Business and Economics on College Avenue, Ashland, Ohio.

The scrapbooks were compiled in 1990 by the Grant Street School staff to commemorate their 100th year anniversary.

At the time the school was closed it was the 5th oldest public school building in use in the state of Ohio.
