State of Ohio Articles of Incorporation of the Firestone Park Brethren Church the undersigend, a majority of whom are citizens of the United State, desiring to form a corporation, not for profit, under the General Corpoartion Act of Ohio, do hereby certify:
First. The name of said corporation shall be The Firestone Park Brethren Church
Second. The palce in this State where the principal office of the corporation is to be located is Akron, Summit County.
Third. The purpose or purposes for which said coporation is formed are: To provide a meeting palce for the worship of God and to spread the gospel of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Fourth. The following persons shall serve said corporation as trustees until the first annual meeting or meeting called to elect trustees.
